Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Voyai (“Voyai,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Voyai website, the ambassador dashboard, the Ava conversational agent, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Service. If you have questions, contact us at support@voyai.ai.
1. Who this Policy applies to
Voyai is built for VIAGO Ambassadors (“Ambassadors”) — the independent representatives who earn income promoting VIAGO — who use the Service to present the VIAGO opportunity to their own contacts (“Prospects”). This Policy applies to both:
- Ambassadors who create a Voyai account, subscribe to the Service, and share a personal Voyai short link; and
- Prospectswho visit an Ambassador’s Voyai page, view the Ava presentation, or speak with Ava.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information Ambassadors provide
- Account information: name, email address, password, chosen Voyai slug, profile headline, optional profile image, and VIAGO Ambassador reference.
- Payment information: billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers. We retain a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, last four digits of the card, and billing history.
- Referral data: the list of VIAGO Ambassadors you refer to Voyai and their subscription status, for the purpose of administering the Refer-4 program.
- Support communications: any messages you send to support@voyai.ai or through in-product support.
2.2 Information Prospects provide
- Conversation content: audio, transcripts, and text of your click-to-talk conversation with Ava, including any questions you ask and any information you choose to share during the conversation.
- Contact details you choose to provide: for example if you ask Ava to have the Ambassador follow up with you, or you submit your name, email, or phone number.
2.3 Information we collect automatically
- Engagement data: pages viewed, how long the Ava presentation was watched, clicks, scroll depth, device type, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and time stamps. Ambassadors see a subset of this data for their own Prospects so they can prioritize follow-up.
- Scoring signals:an engagement and fit score (0–90) that Voyai computes for each Prospect based on conversation content and engagement signals.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use first-party cookies and local storage for authentication, session management, referral attribution, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not function.
- Log data: standard server logs, including IP address, request path, response status, and user agent, retained for security and debugging.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To run the Ava conversational agent, including generating real-time voice and video responses.
- To show Ambassadors who engaged with their short link, what was said, and how the Prospect scored.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and administer the Refer-4 program.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, product updates, and support.
- To improve the Service, including refining Ava’s responses and improving scoring models. Recordings and transcripts may be reviewed by Voyai personnel or contractors under confidentiality obligations for this purpose.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. How AI processing works
Ava is an AI agent. Your conversation with Ava is processed by a combination of automated speech-to-text, large language model, and text-to-speech systems provided by third-party AI vendors that act as our processors. We transmit the minimum data necessary to generate a response, and we contractually prohibit those vendors from using your content to train their own models unless you have separately opted in.
Ava may make mistakes, misremember details of VIAGO, or give information that is out of date. Do not rely on Ava as the sole source of truth for financial, medical, legal, or income-related decisions. The Ambassador is responsible for confirming any material statement Ava makes about their offer.
5. How we share information
5.1 With the referring Ambassador
If you are a Prospect and you engage with an Ambassador’s Voyai page, that Ambassador will see the conversation transcript, the engagement score, and any contact information you chose to share. That is the intended function of the Service. Do not share information with Ava that you do not want the Ambassador to see.
5.2 With service providers
We share data, limited to what is necessary, with vendors who help us operate the Service. These include hosting and infrastructure providers, database providers, email providers, payment processors, analytics providers, error-monitoring providers, and the AI model and voice providers that power Ava. Each provider is contractually required to protect your information and only use it to provide services to Voyai.
5.3 For legal reasons
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Voyai, our Ambassadors, or others.
5.4 Business transfers
If Voyai is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the receiving party honoring this Policy or providing notice of changes.
5.5 With your consent
We may share information for any other purpose with your consent.
6. Data retention
We retain Ambassador account data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We retain Prospect conversation transcripts and scores while the referring Ambassador’s account is active. You may request deletion of your personal data as described below.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@voyai.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
Ambassadors can also update core account information directly in the ambassador dashboard and can cancel their subscription at any time.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and regular review of vendor security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, contact support@voyai.ai and we will delete it.
10. International users
Voyai is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Service you consent to that transfer.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Ambassadors by email or by posting a notice in the product. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
